Fighting Tourettes With Food!


Melt In The Mouth Chocolate Brownies!

ingerdients:
190g butter/margarine
190g dark chocolate
3 eggs
250g caster sugar
115g plain flower
1/2 tsp salt
100g milk chocolate chips (optional)
Method:

Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius.

Line a small baking tray with grease poof paper.

Measure the butter/margarine and dark chocolate into a saucpan and melt slowly, and then set aside to cool a little.

In a bowl, whisk the egg, sugar and a little of vanilla essance, until light and fluffy (you may use an electric whisk for this).

Pour the chocolate mix a little at a time, and very carefully fold it into the egg and sugar mix. it should be quite dark, at this point you may add the chocolate chips.

Place in lined tray and bake in oven for atleast 20-30 minutes.

You can tell if its done if you stick a knife in it and hardly anything is sticking on it.

leave aside to cool and solidify for 30-40 minute and then cut into desired pieces.
