Melt In The Mouth Chocolate Brownies!

ingerdients:

190g butter/margarine

190g dark chocolate

3 eggs

250g caster sugar

115g plain flower

1/2 tsp salt

100g milk chocolate chips (optional)

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius.

  • Line a small baking tray with grease poof paper.

  • Measure the butter/margarine and dark chocolate into a saucpan and melt slowly, and then set aside to cool a little.

  • In a bowl, whisk the egg, sugar and a little of vanilla essance, until light and fluffy (you may use an electric whisk for this).

  • Pour the chocolate mix a little at a time, and very carefully fold it into the egg and sugar mix. it should be quite dark, at this point you may add the chocolate chips.

  • Place in lined tray and bake in oven for atleast 20-30 minutes.

  • You can tell if its done if you stick a knife in it and hardly anything is sticking on it.

  • leave aside to cool and solidify for 30-40 minute and then cut into desired pieces.
