Rocky Road

  • 125g soft butter

  • 300g of good quality dark chocolate broken into pieces

  • 3 tablespoons golden syrup

  • 200g digestive biscuits

  • 100g mini marshmallows

Melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a bowl on a pan of hot water.

Crush biscuits into chucks (not too much crumbs) then with the marshmallows stir into the chocolate mix.

Pour onto a tray and leave in a fridge for 2 hours or over night then slice into desired sizes for you to enjoy!
